SPARCS (Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress) is a 17-session individual therapy, a 16-session group therapy, or 5-session group therapy that is designed to assist adolescents who have experienced trauma and chronic stress by understanding body reactions to trauma, regulating emotions, managing behaviors, using effective problem solving skills, building healthy relationships, and building communication skills.
