Phone systems are currently down at the Human Services Annex Building located at 2830 Neuse Boulevard. Departments affected include Water customer service, Planning and Inspections, and the DSS Hope Family Resource Center. Crews are working, but an estimated time of restoration is unknown. Updates will be made as they become available.
